Our approach to strategic planning is unique and extremely powerful! The Strategy Summit is a two-day event that helps management teams deliver on exactly what their organization needs to thrive – Structure, Stability, and Direction.
The event starts off by exploring the identity and culture of the organization. Helping management teams discuss questions such as, “What do you stand for?, What are you all about?, and What are the keys to your success?” commonly generate a wide array of responses. When management teams are able to get on the same page by connecting and committing to a common cause, the results can be extraordinary. This is just what an organization needs to have a strong foundation.
Building upon this structure, we create/refine/review the organizational vision, mission, purpose, and core values. This further adds clarity to the branding and identity of the organization.
Once this is established, we turn our attention to strategy and direction related to the growth and potential of the organization. Emphasis is placed on the importance of managing by aligning vision with strategy, values, and behaviors. The way in which people behave and how people are held accountable in an organization must be in line with the big picture aspirations.
Management teams leave the Strategy Summit with a sense of clarity and refined purpose – better understanding their individual and collective strategic objectives.
This training is very powerful as a stand-alone event in its application of the core principles of growth but is most effective subsequent to the Leadership Summit which is a training to develop management teams and the Growth Summit which introduces the management model and educates participants on the key elements of human capital and The Core10 Growth Principles.
