He also is an adjunct professor at Loma Linda University, teaching doctoral level courses on organization development, organizational behavior, assessment, and management consulting. Through his expertise in workforce and performance management, he helps business leaders capitalize on change and create long-term success and sustainable growth.

Dr. Kimball earned his Ph.D. from Loma Linda University in Southern California. His doctoral work focused on organizational development & life cycles, conflict in organizations, and employee engagement. He received a M.A. degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Washington and a B.A. degree from the State University of New York.
