This three-day event is designed for the organization’s management team. The purpose is to assist participants to gain powerful self-awareness through a series of engaging activities. We coach participants on leading at a higher level, becoming people of influence, and clarifying their personal vision in life. Leadership style, interpersonal skills, and influence are the focus of attention as we explore three levels of leadership development, personal development (maximizing your own potential), management development (maximizing the potential of your workforce), and organization development (maximizing the potential of your organization). It is also a great opportunity to train up and coming leaders who may have the raw skills needed, but lack the vital skills for higher positions of influence.

This training is very powerful as a stand-alone training to develop management teams but is most effective if scheduled after a Growth Summit, the primary purpose of which is to introduce the management model and educate participants on the key elements of human capital and The Core10 Growth Principles.
