This three-day event is designed for the organization’s management team. The purpose is to educate the team on the key elements of human capital and the core principles of organizational growth. The event uses high-powered activities as well as current organizational objectives to demonstrate how the principles of the Core10 work in your specific organization and to put you on a path of organizational growth and unity.
On day one, our emphasis is on the current state of your organization. We explore best practices related to four key elements of human capital and highlight their relevance in building a high-performing organization that is positioned for long-term success and sustainable growth.
The second day of the summit is focused on gaining a thorough understanding of the Core10, its application, and how the model can provide your team with structure, stability, and direction.
Participants are always eager to receive their results of the Core Index Assessment, which measures all of the concepts that we have discussed over the previous two days of training. Strategies and goals are set in place in response to the results, leaving your team with a solid direction for taking your organization to greater heights of performance.
The Growth Summit is designed to help transition your “managers” into effective LEADERS. Together, the team develops a unified understanding of how to develop key objectives unique to the organization. This event is most effective after the CORE INDEX has been administered so there is a clear understanding of the organization’s current dynamics. You may also choose to augment this training event with the corresponding e-learning modules designed for use in in-service meetings and department meetings.
