This three-day event is designed for a select group of employees from a wide array of positions in the organization. Selection for participation should be based on the significance of the roles of participants. In other words, these are people who have a significant impact on the culture and performance of the organization.
The event uses high-powered activities as well as current organizational objectives to demonstrate how Employee Engagement can ignite passion and performance in people. Participants receive high-powered instruction related to the body of research and modern practiced related to Employee Engagement.
Participants work as a team to form an alliance for impacting their organization’s culture and interpersonal dynamics to specifically build a high performing organization that is centered on engaging both staff and customers. The Engagement Summit is designed to get participants not only to become more engaged themselves, but to also increase the engagement of their entire organization.
The event can be customized to the unique needs of your organization. The curriculum uses appropriate activities as well as current organizational objectives to tie theory to practice. This event is most effective after the CORE INDEX has been administered so there is a clear understanding of the organization’s current level of Employee Engagement. You may also choose to augment this training event with the corresponding e-learning modules designed for use in in-service meetings and department meetings.
