The CORE INDEX is the statistical tool designed by Dr. Kimball and his research team. Results indicate how healthy your organization is currently, and highlights areas that cause the organization to lose effectiveness, money, and other key elements of your success. Two terms you will come to understand and really appreciate are Capital Indicator (CI) and Core Score (CS). These are indicators of the effectiveness of your Human Capital (CI) and organizational growth (CS). This web-based assessment surveys each staff member of the organization and is conducted approximately two weeks prior to the Growth Summit. The dissemination of the results of the CORE INDEX is done with the management team on the third day of the Growth Summit.
All Staff
Participation in the CORE INDEX is requested of all staff. The survey is administered on a secure website and individual responses are kept confidential. There are 75 questions on the survey, which takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
This three-day event is designed for the organization’s management team. The purpose is to educate the team on the key elements of human capital and the core principles of organizational growth. Training on human capital highlights modern-day best practices pertaining to building a high performing organizational culture, effective leadership, employee engagement, and the ability to retain top-talented employees. The event uses high-powered activities as well as current organizational objectives to demonstrate how the principles of the Core10 work in your specific organization and to put you on a path of organizational growth and unity. The Growth Summit is designed to help transition your “managers” into a cohesive group of effective leaders. Together, the team develops a unified understanding of how to develop key objectives unique to the organization and how to apply the Core10 both individually and collectively. This summit helps lost organizations get on track and good organizations launch to higher productivity and unity. The third day of the Growth Summit is dedicated to the analysis of CORE INDEX results and strategy building in response to the insight of the reported results.
Management or Executive Team
The Growth Summit is specifically designed for management teams to come together to learn a common set of strategies and solutions that they can collaboratively incorporate into the way they manage their organization.
This two-day event is designed for the organization’s management team but can also include front line supervisors. The primary outcome of this summit is for the management team to create more structure, stability, and direction for their management team as well as their organization as a whole. This event also provides specific coaching on the application of the Core10 model to the organization’s major initiatives. The first day is a strategy session during which, together we develop (or refine) a unified organizational vision and identify key strategies that will advance the current position of the organization. On day two we create a blueprint of action that enables your team to march together toward a clearly focused set of goals. The Strategy Summit gets the management team connected and committed to the concept of business alignment. By the end of the two days, the management team will align their vision with strategies and expected behaviors and will, in essence, be “on the same page.” This level of clarity is essential for the achievement of high performance. The concepts that were educated during the Growth Summit are now integrated into the core of the organization.
Management or Executive Team
The Strategy Summit is specifically designed for management teams to come together to get focused and strategically create a plan that will create a position of advantage in their respective market. The same group that participated in the Growth Summit should be reassembled as an effort to follow up on what has been established.
This three-day event is designed to build employee engagement through an experiential series of group activities and training modules. Increasing employee engagement is about getting employees to be passionate, loyal, and to be connected and committed to their organizations; and at The Growth Principles Company, we know how to help you do that! Throughout the Engagement Summit, we refer to the broad scope of data showing a positive relationship between employee engagement and business outcomes where the organization may be falling short. We increase participants’ understanding of Employee Engagement and empower them to be agents of change for their organizations by providing them with a set of tools for building a culture of engagement. Of primary importance is for participants to increase their connection and commitment to their organization. The Engagement Summit is fun, yet full of information, tools, and resources that can be applied immediately!
18-25 participants
Participants for this Summit should be those you believe: 1) Are critical to the success of operations in their respective areas, 2) are employees that you want to retain, and 3) are employees that you view as sitting on the fence, not fully engaged, and need to become more connected and committed to organizational objectives. In a “nutshell,” these are employees that are critical to the organization, but need to step it up.
This three-day event is designed for the organization’s managers and supervisors. The purpose is to assist participants to gain powerful self-awareness through a series of engaging activities. We coach participants on leading at a higher level. Leadership style, interpersonal skills, and influence are the focus of attention as we explore three levels of leadership development, personal development (maximizing your own potential), management development (maximizing the potential of your workforce), and organizational development (maximizing the potential of your organization). It is also a great opportunity to train up and coming leaders who may have the raw skills needed, but lack the vital skills for higher positions of influence. Prior to participation in this Summit, participants and their coworkers complete a web-based 360° leadership assessment called the Core360. Part of the leadership summit is dedicated to the interpretation of the results and the development of a personalized development plan that builds upon the Core360 results.
10-15 participants
Participants for this Summit should be those you believe: 1) Are critical to the success of center operations in their respective areas, 2) are employees that you want to invest in, 3) are employees that need to become more self-aware of how their behavior impacts their ability to be effective center leaders, and 4) are employees that you want to more fully rely upon for excellent leadership.
