The Executive Development Program (EDP) is a 9-month leadership development program designed to strengthen leadership character and increase necessary skills and knowledge. Organizations consider this program an important element of their succession planning and pivotal in their ability to attract and retain top talent. This development program creates a powerful transformation process for business leaders, increasing their ability to be in a position of positive influence, generate calculated results, and build effective workplace and community relations. This transformation is accomplished through:

* Core 360 Leadership Assessment (beginning and end of program)
* 5-Day Orientation
* Monthly development assignments
* Attend 5-Day Executive Pinnacle Summit at end of program

This program cannot be an off-the-shelf program and be effective. It must be tailored to the specific needs of your organization and the market which it serves. The curriculum incorporates the vision and mission of your organization and requires significant contribution and buy in from the organization’s senior staff. Because this program is based on a model-driven approach, the curriculum allows for flexibility while still being grounded in sound and proven leadership development principles.
