Dr. L. Scott KimballDr. Scott Kimball

President & CEO, is passionate about the company vision to maximize the potential of people and organizations. Scott is an expert in helping business leaders capitalize on change and create long term success and sustainable growth.

Scott is a passionate speaker and a dedicated author. Having spoken in front of hundreds of thousands of people around the world, he delivers every time by sharing his passion and knowledge of what really works in creating extraordinary results in business and in life. He is the creator of The Core10 Growth Principles. His research and work has helped business leaders create positive change, refined strategies, and measurable results in organizations large and small. He also is an adjunct professor at Loma Linda University, teaching graduate level courses on organization development and management consulting.

Scott earned his Ph.D. from Loma Linda University in Southern California. His doctoral work focused on organizational development & life cycles, conflict in organizations, and employee engagement. He received a M.A. degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Washington and a B.A. degree from the State University of New York.

Jed Cowan

jbc-media1Global Practice Leader, Training Programs, is an expert in adult learning, instructional design, and creating an interactive and energetic learning environment where people can engage in learning. Jed knows how to motivate individuals and organizations to exceed their personal and business objectives. He has exemplary skill in public speaking and relationship building.  Jed has experience working in a wide array of industries and geographic locations.

Jed is a graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Communications. Besides training, he has an extensive background working as a television news anchor and reporter in multiple markets. He also has worked as a radio and TV play-by-play announcer for college and professional sports. Jed also does an amazing Neil Diamond impersonation.

Milton Herring

* What are the keys for executives to maximize the performance potential of their organizations?

These three questions provide an exploration of three levels of development in an organization: 1) Personal Development, 2) Management Development, and 3) Organization Development respectively. Our research places emphasis on the process of growth that applies to these three levels of development.

We also continue to gain insight into the key elements of human capital, for which there is a large amount of supportive research. These four key elements are: organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention. These elements of human capital represent an organization’s potential for growth and success.
